Dental Implants

Dental implants are the ideal and permanent solution to replace missing teeth. At Fine Dental Clinic, every implant case begins with a CT scan (CBCT) to evaluate bone density and locate nerves and sinuses — because no implant is done without this step.

We use Surgical Guide technology, which is designed by computer and integrates radiology data with prosthetic planning. The surgical guide ensures that the implant is placed at the correct angle and depth - this is very important, especially in the front teeth, which affect smiling and verbal expression.

For cases that suffer from low bone density, we have specialized types of drills that enhance bone density without the need for complex surgical procedures.
